We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations but that is rare. We have worked hard to find the most reliable, low-cost postage we can to all countries.
If you order more than one item in a shipment we only charge for one item – no matter how many you order. We lose money on shipping these orders, but we get to give you a better deal and that’s good in our book.
Returns
To request a return, please sign into your account and visit your account page. From there you can submit a return request.
If you do not have an account, please send your items to the following address together with your invoice details:

If you wish to return an item:
· It should be in new, unworn and re-sellable condition.
· It must be dispatched to us within 30 days of receipt of the order.
· Please include your name and order number with the return package, so we can efficiently process your return.
At this stage of our business, unfortunately, we cannot offer free returns and the costs of return postage is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Finally, please note that if items are returned to us because you have entered an incorrect address, or you have refused to pick up your package from the pickup point if you have missed the delivery, you will only be eligible for store credit (not a refund) less the costs to return the package to us.
If you have received a faulty item, please contact us with your order number and photographic evidence and we will arrange to get a replacement out to you free of charge. Unfortunately, with all the good will in the world, sometimes these things just happen, but we can assure you, that we will make it right.

EU Tax and Duties
Sadly, since Brexit, this is relatively complex. We have worked hard to makes things as simple and transparent as possible, however:
1) Any order placed for delivery within the EU that totals under €150 will have VAT calculated and be payable at checkout and will not be subject to further costs.
2) Any order placed for delivery within the EU that totals over €150 will not include VAT and import duties at checkout, and the purchaser be liable to pay local VAT and import duties before delivery. If tax and duties are levied, the courier will contact you and these will have to be accepted and paid before your order will be delivered. We cannot guarantee the amount due, and it is the purchaser’s responsibility to understand and accept the cost prior to ordering, since all duties that are to be paid are the sole responsibility of the buyer. There are several calculators available online to assess the likely costs. Should you decide that you do not wish to pay the taxes and duties, the order will be returned to us, and we will issue a store credit (please note, not a refund) and this will be equal to the amount paid less the costs of a delivery and return.
