  • Where can I find sizing charts?

    You can find the sizing charts for each product on the product pages underneath the name of the product. All of our sizes are UK sizes.

  • Where do you source your sizing charts?

    We source all of our sizing charts from the brands themselves, so we believe them to be as accurate as they can be. We appreciated that it can be difficult when shopping online to get the correct size, so if you need any assistance, please do not hesitate to get in contact here and we can try to assist you. Just remember, all of our sizes are UK sizes.

  • What currencies can I use to place an order?

    We offer the following currencies to place an order:

    USD (United States Dollar)

    SEK (Swedish Krona)

    NOK (Norwegian Krone)

    CHF (Swiss Franc)

    You can select a different currency from the drop down at the top of the page, which will convert all prices to be displayed in that currency. When you come to pay for that order, you will be charged in the currency you have selected.  

  • What payment methods are available?

    We offer payments via all major debit and credit cards (including American Express), Paypal, Klarna, Google Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal Pay in 3.

  • Can I buy a gift voucher?

    Yes you can! Gift vouchers are a perfect way to show your loved ones that you know what they like! To buy a gift voucher, just click here and they can be purchased in any currency that we offer.

  • How long does shipping usually take?

    Our estimated shipping times are as follows:

    UK: 24 hours from dispatch (unless over a weekend)

    International: FedEx International – 3-5 business days from dispatch

    DHL Express  - 1-3 working days from dispatch

  • How much do you charge for shipping?

    Our shipping rates are as follows: 

    For Orders Above £125 or equivalent in chosen currency: 

    Free unless with DHL which is a £3 supplement or equivalent in chosen currency

    For Orders Under £125 or equivalent in chosen currency:

    UK - £4.95 per order 

    International Fedex - £17.95 per order or equivalent in chosen currency

    International DHL - £20.95 per order or equivalent in chosen currency

  • What is your returns policy?

    Unfortunately, at this stage of our business, we are unable to offer free returns and the return postage is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Hopefully this will change in the future when it makes commercial sense to do so. However, if you wish to return an item, please do so in a new, unworn and re-sellable condition (if you rip the bag, we cannot resell the item and we WILL send it back to you and you will not be eligible for a refund) within 14 days of receipt of the order and we will of course refund you within 7 days that we receive it back to us. Please include your name and order number with the return package, so we can efficiently process your return.


  • What happens if I receive a faulty item?

    If you have received a faulty item, please contact us here with your order number and photographic evidence and we will arrange to get a replacement out to you free of charge. Unfortunately, with all the good will in the world, sometimes these things just happen, but we can assure you, that we will make it right.

  • How do I return a product?

    In order to request a return, please sign into your account and visit your account page. From there you can submit a return request. If you do not have an account, please send your item back to the following address with your name and order number as long as it adheres to our returns policy:

  • How can I exchange a product?

    As we don’t offer free exchanges, we would advise to firstly send the unwanted item/incorrect size to our returns address and at the same time order the correct item/size from the website. The reason we advise this is two fold. Firstly, it will get your new item in your hands faster and secondly we have had instances that by the time we have received the incorrect item, we have sold out of the correct size. However, if you would rather send the unwanted item back to us and be refunded before ordering again, that is entirely your prerogative. 

  • What happens if my order gets lost?

    Although we use trusted high quality couriers in Evri, FedEx and DHL and parcels very rarely get lost, we appreciate that this is a very real concern. We can assure you that if your parcel has not got to you within 4 weeks (UK) and 6 weeks (International) we will chase the couriers to get a resolution and if it is claimed as lost, we will re-send your parcel free of charge. We will never leave you without the goods that you paid for and will make sure that you feel as protected as is possible.  


  • When can I expect a refund if I have returned a product?

    We aim to refund you within a week of receiving the return but in many cases it will be sooner. Once we have refunded you, we have no control over how long it will take your bank to refund you, but from experience, it usually takes 2-4 days. 

  • What address to I send products back to?

  • When can I expect my order?

    If you order before 2pm GMT/BST, we will aim to dispatch your order on the same day Monday to Saturday; otherwise it will be shipped the next working day. We do not dispatch orders on Sundays or UK Bank Holidays. We will also not dispatch orders containing pre order items until we have all the items in stock. 

     

    Our estimated shipping times are as follows:

    When your order ships, you will receive an email, which contains your tracking information and a link to track your order. Additionally, if you are a member, you can sign into your account to find all the information (including tracking) for your order.

  • Does my order include Sales Tax/VAT and do I have to pay Import Duties

    Glopal and IOSS

    After listening to our customers, we have partnered with Glopal to better manage the VAT and duty obligations on all European orders arising post Brexit. Therefore, all orders placed for delivery within the EU that totals under €150 will have VAT calculated and be payable at checkout and will not be subject to any import duties. However, any order placed for delivery within the EU that totals over €150 will have VAT and duties estimated at checkout but will still be liable to VAT and import duties before delivery. We cannot guarantee the amount of import duties that will be due on these orders, only estimate as every country has different rules, however all duties that are to be paid are the sole responsibility of the buyer. If these are due, the couriers will contact you and these will have to be accepted and paid before your order will be delivered. Unfortunately, this is best we can do with the situation as it stands and hopefully, the UK and the EU will find a way in the future to make the trading landscape more straightforward.

     

    With regards to international tax and duties due on orders outside of the EU, all orders will not include VAT/sales tax or duties. Again, if these are due, the couriers will contact you and these will have to be accepted and paid before your order will be delivered. 

  • What do I receive once I’ve placed my order?

    Once you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This will outline the items that you have ordered, the value of the order and all the relevant billing and shipping information provided. Should you need to change any of billing or shipping address details, please log into your account and change the details manually. If you have checked out as a guest, please let us know and we can change the details for you. After your order has shipped, you will receive another email informing you of this with information on how to track your order. 


  • Do I need to be a registered member to place an order?

    No, you do not need to be a registered member to place an order and can place an order as a guest. However, we would recommend becoming a member, as you will be added to our subscriber list, which in turn keeps you in touch with our latest releases, sale items and voucher codes. Additionally, it will save you time in the future, as you will not need to fill out your details every time you order.

  • How can I track my order?

     When your order has shipped, you should receive another email informing you of this, which will include your tracking information and a link to track your order. Additionally, if you log into your account, you can find your tracking information there as well. If for some reason you do not receive this email or cannot find it in your account, please do feel free to contact us here and we will be more than happy to assist you.

  • Can I change products once I have placed my order?

    We will always try our best to help and if your parcel has not already been packaged, then this should be possible. However, as we ship through a trusted third party and all orders are packaged almost immediately, it may not be possible.
