Returns, Shipping and Tax
To request a return, sign in to your account and visit your account page. You may return most new, unopened items for a full refund. Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt of items. All returned items must be in a resellable condition: as new with all original packaging, labels and tags. Please ensure your order number and product details are included in the returns package so we know who you are!
At this time, we are unfortunately unable to offer free returns. If you would like to return an item, the return postage is the sole responsibility of the buyer. However, if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will of course pay the return shipping.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations but that is rare. We have worked hard to find the most reliable, low-cost postage we can to all countries. We use Royal Mail, all our parcels are fully tracked, and we simply look to cover our costs.
In addition, if you order more than one item in a shipment we only charge for one item – no matter how many you order. We lose money on shipping these orders, but we get to give you a better deal. And that’s good in our book.
UK - £4.95 per order
International - £17.95 per order (calculated in payment currency)
Any taxes or duties payable levied in the country of delivery outside of the UK are not included in the sale price, and are the responsibility of the buyer.
EU Customers: Unfortunately, as a result of Brexit, sales tax in Europe is now frankly almost impossible for us to manage the red tape around sorting out VAT and duty on your behalf.
Therefore, regrettably, the buyer will need to pay any taxes levied locally if these are charged. We know this might be slightly inconvenient, (and we didn’t vote leave!), but we do apologise and we really want to make shopping with us to be a great experience, not a hassle. So, for every order, we will throw in some free GAOT wristbands and also some additional clothing where we can to hopefully soften the blow.
