We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations but that is rare. We have worked hard to find the most reliable, low-cost postage we can to all countries.
If you order more than one item in a shipment we only charge for one item – no matter how many you order. We lose money on shipping these orders, but we get to give you a better deal. And that’s good in our book.
Returns
In order to request a return, please sign into your account and visit your account page. From there you can submit a return request. If you do not have an account, please send back to the returns address that can be found on our shipping and returns page here: https://goldenageoftennis.com/shipping-returns-i5 and we will refund you if the return adheres to our returns policy.
Unfortunately, at this stage of our business, we are unable to offer free returns and the return postage is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Hopefully this will change in the future when it makes commercial sense to do so. However, if you wish to return an item, please do so in a new, unworn and re-sellable condition within 14 days of receipt of the order and we will of course refund you within 7 days after we receive it back to us. Please include your name and order number with the return package, so we can efficiently process your return.
Sizing. If you are ordering in the states, these are UK sizes. An XL is more like a small L. The Tacchini items run on the small size and FILA items are closer to American sizing. Great material and they are very nice. But I had to give the 3 things I ordered to my son. My fault for not thinking about the size difference. I ordered the same vest, this time in size 3XL. And the FILA tennis shirt I ordered, an XL, after 1 wash, shrank to a roomy medium. Read the sizing chart and order larger sizes. Nice products.
I ordered this vest for when the temperature gets a bit chilly. It is just what I was looking for and just as described by the seller. The service was fantastic and product was received on time. Can’t say enough about the Golden Age of Tennis.
